How I met Don "BIG DADDY" Garlits
Living in Forida, I worked in a chrome shop making vinyl lettering and signs for big trucks. One day Mr. Garlits walked in with his wife and wanted a sticker made of his and his wifes name for his new black Dodge pickup. I made them for him and also made a “BIG DADDY” sticker for the back window. He and his wife were very happy and he wrote, on the back of his buisness card, free tickets to his museum. I tried to say no because it was great just to meet him, but he insisted!
